AMI Entertainment Posts Flash Tutorial At Its New Administrative Website For Jukeboxes
GRAND RAPIDS, MI (September 17, 2007) — After months of anticipation, AMI Entertainment’s new Web tool is ready to launch, offering operators a seamless solution for remotely managing jukebox music. To support the rollout, the music provider has posted a Flash tutorial that explains and illustrates key features of managing music online.
The step-by-step tours walk operators through common administrative jukebox tasks, which include music management, order tracking, working with jukebox groups and updating dialup systems. At the opening tutorial page, operators can select any one of these topics and learn how to use these feature-rich, straightforward tools.
The tutorial for managing music consists of two sections; one provides a general overview of the “music tab” and the other demonstrates the basics of ordering music. The music tab is used to manage music on all jukeboxes connected to the AMI network. Here, operators can add or remove local music (album files on the hard drive) to one or multiple jukeboxes, and display current music for all boxes. The tutorial details the use of drop-down menus, rollovers and other widgets.
The module for tracking orders is used to follow the status of music requests. Its tutorial walks the user through the use of “order tabs” and provides a sample “active orders” page with a detailed description of its data components. |
