The AAMA pavilion was a huge hit among attendees and exhibitors alike
Las Vegas heated up on June 11-14, 2007, when 14,667 people converged on the Las Vegas Convention Center for the world's largest textile care exposition. The Clean Show caters to all segments of the textile care and garment industry, including retail, commercial, coin, institutional and industrial laundering, dry cleaning and textile rental.
A biennial show, Clean 2007 welcomed a 5+ percent increase in attendance over the 2005 show. 484 companies filled the 227,950 square feet of exhibit space with the newest products and technologies. "Las Vegas continues to be a good venue for the Clean Show. All indications are that exhibitors had a great show and Clean '07 was a huge success," said John Riddle, President of Riddle & Associates, the show's management company. "Attendees seemed equally pleased with all they were able to see and learn."
The AAMA pavilion was a huge hit among attendees and exhibitors alike, joining the show for the first year. At the helm of the pavilion was Lock America, offering their line of locks and security equipment. Betson Enterprises displayed an array of amusement equipment, along with the hottest new vending equipment. Stern Pinball was proud to present their new Spiderman Pinball, alongside their recently released Family Guy Pinball; while BayTek Games, Namco America, and LAI Games wowed the crowds with some of the industries best redemption and video pieces. The AAMA booth had huge success, collecting over 140 leads.
AAMA members were ecstatic with floor traffic on the first two days of the show. The feeling within the AAMA pavilion was that a four day show was a bit much, as attendance decreased on the third day and by the fourth day was almost non-existent. Overall, the show was a success, as attendees were extremely interested in and enthusiastic about the coin-op industry.
The next Clean Show is scheduled for June 18-20, 2009, at the Morial Convention Center in New Orleans, LA. Show organizers are confident that New Orleans will provide the perfect venue for another successful show.
