Developments

Recent developments in Ireland indicate that in addition to exhibitors and visitors from the amusement and gaming sectors, there will also be considerable interest in AmEx 2007 from those involved in the casino, betting and online gaming sectors.
The Civil Law (Miscellaneous Provisions) Bill 2006, which includes provisions to increase the legal limits on stake and prize money (to EUR0.50 and EUR30) in gaming machines (AWPs) is at the Committee Stage in the Dáil (Parliament).

Products

Amusement, novelty and redemption games continue to play an important role in the growing Irish coin-op market and jukeboxes, pool tables, video games, touchscreens, pushers, cranes, spares and accessories will be included in the range of equipment presented by exhibitors.
There is expected to be considerable interest in gaming, particularly in the light of current AWP, casino, FOBT and online gaming activity, and many new gaming products will be shown, making this an important show from both a gaming and amusement point of view.

Seminars

In addition to the exhibition there will be a programme of seminars, meetings, business presentations and social gatherings, continuing the show's reputation for bringing together Irish and international manufacturers, distributors and operators in a businesslike atmosphere.
FREE Technical Seminars will include Ardac Elite Bill Acceptor by Ken Dharwar, Money Controls and Cash Audit Systems & Data Capture by Ray Hazelton, Hazel Electronics. As places are limited it is necessary to register in advance at http://www.coin-opexpo.eu/register.php

The Lynch Green Isle Hotel is located close to Newlands Cross, overlooking the main Dublin to Cork / Limerick N7 Naas Road. Motorists driving to the hotel from the M50 should take Exit 9 (Red Cow Roundabout) off the M50 on to the N7 Southbound in the direction of Clondalkin / Naas.
Continue straight through Newlands Cross and take the exit marked Kingswood. This will take you across the bridge over the Naas Road. Follow the signs for the Lynch Green Isle Hotel through two roundabouts.
Continue along and the hotel is on your right. Pass the hotel and use the new entrance to the multi storey car park. Coming from Naas, northbound, take the exit marked Kingswood and follow the same directions.
