The Original and only Universal Vending Machine! The very first shipment from Germany of the highly anticipated Wurlitzer 1000 Universal Vending Machine has landed on US soil and is on the rail to AutoMat in Salt Lake City!
These highly desired machines boast the most energy efficient engineering in the industry while maintaining the strength, and performance for which Wurlitzer is known. Among the new features are 1.18 inch foam-clad cabinet walls, which mark a milestone in production providing superior insulation value as well as the ability to be replaced on site, should the need arise. The 1 in. thick Krypton insulated door glass seals to the refrigerated area of the cabinet which means there is no need to insulate the door. Krypton gas is twice as energy saving as Argon providing a K-factor of 1.0 – less is more! Triple pane glass and polycarbonate protected glass are also available. The stylish new door has five solid locking points making the Wurlitzer 1000 the most substantial in the industry. Delivery box drop opening has been increased to over 6.3 inches; allowing larger products to be delivered without bridging. Slide-out control panel now rides on telescopic rails with ball bearings and has increased area for mounting peripheral devices such as modems, printers, card readers, etc. Illumination on both sides of the cabinet uses rapid fire ballasts eliminating the need for starters. The MDB controlled cooling unit maintains 35°F inside the cabinet even with ambient temperatures over 100°F and 80% humidity. Power consumption is 450 Watts (less than 4 Amps!). The trademark Wurlitzer stainless steel tray now features scrolling price indictors adjustable from 0.00 to 9.95.
