ECAST, INC. ECAST LAUNCHES NEW Q2 “GET FREE JUKES” PROMOTION IN RESPONSE TO TREMENDOUS CUSTOMER DEMAND

SAN FRANCISCO, CA – Ecast, the leading provider of digital-downloading, broadband-enabled jukeboxes, is pleased to announce a new sales promotion – “GET FREE JUKES” – for Q2 2006. The “GET FREE JUKES” promotion, which follows the very successful similar program from Q1 (see Q1 Wrap-Up press release), is designed for operators of all sizes - allowing large customers to “Go All Ecast” quicker and more economically and providing new operator partners with an attractive incentive to join the Ecast broadband jukebox revolution.

“Due to the overwhelming success of Ecast’s recent “Get One Free” promo, our partners convinced us to keep it going for one more quarter”, stated Bob Cooney, Vice President of Manufacturing Business Development at Ecast. “Starting April 1, “GET FREE JUKES” will allow operators to get a free kit for each jukebox or kit purchased, or a free dedicated jukebox for every two purchased. We have sweetened the pot this time around. Now Rock-Ola has entered the kit business with their Fireball conversion and we have included the NSM Chameleon as part of the promotion as well.”

“With these powerful promotions, the prices of Ecast-powered jukeboxes are as low as they have ever been”, said Steven Kellam, Director of Sales at Ecast. “Get Free Jukes brings the cost of the Rock-Ola Rock-Star with a 900 Watt Peavey Amp under $3700, and the View JukeBoost kits are as little as $1350. With Ecast earnings averaging close to $300 a week, this is the greatest value the industry has ever seen.”

Jukebox operators who purchase Ecast-powered NSM, Rock-Ola and View units between April 1, 2006, and June 30, 2006, will receive a free jukebox or CD-to-Ecast conversion kit. The terms for the new promo are as follows:

NSM - Operators who purchase an Ecast-powered NSM Chameleon™, Nostalgia™ or Phoenix™ jukebox or Evolution™ kit will receive a free NSM Evolution CD-to-Ecast kit. NEW FOR Q2! Operators who purchase any two of the above will receive their choice of two kits or a free Chameleon jukebox.

ROCK-OLA - Operators who purchase any two Rock-Ola digital jukeboxes or kits will receive a free Rock Star™ jukebox. NEW FOR Q2! - Operators who purchase any one Rock-Ola digital jukebox or kit can opt to receive one of the newly announced Rock-Ola Fireball™ conversion kits – which take Rock-Ola CD jukeboxes (except for the most recent CD-9000 model) to the Ecast downloading platform. These offers CAN BE combined with the Firestone Financial 7.99% interest rate offered by Rock-Ola.

VIEW - Operators who purchase any View JukeBoost™ kit (for turning CD jukebox models A/B, C/D, E, CD-51, Eagle or 2nd Generation Wallmounts into Ecast money-makers) will receive a free View JukeBoost kit of their choice.

There is no limit to the number of times an operator can take advantage of the “GET FREE JUKES" offer as long as the units are purchased by June 30, 2006. The “GET FREE JUKES” program may not be combined with other Ecast-specific promotions.
