TO MEET NEEDS OF GROWING INSTALL BASE SAN FRANCISCO,— Responding to the needs of its growing family of operators, Ecast has increased its 24/7 support with the addition of four new employees. Shane Case, Mick Frederick, Chris Guidry and Charles Myers are the newest members of the Tier 1 Technical Support Team. These most recent hires represent a tripling in the size of the Ecast tech support center since the beginning of last year. “As Ecast has grown, we really listened to the needs of our operators and they should feel an appreciable level of difference in service over the last year,” said Bruce Guerra, director of operations, Ecast. “We have a solid team of technicians, outstanding level of choices and cost options with service providers, and the best product in the industry.” The Ecast tech support center is a state-of-the-art facility that blends real-time technology and a team of dedicated professional to give operators 24/7 assistance and best-in-class support. The team is well versed in Internet technology and the Ecast software. To his role as Tier 1 technical support representative Shane brings more than five years of network operating system experience. Mick joins the Ecast Tier 1 team with experience in database managing, technical support and security analysis. Charles will be responsible for troubleshooting and fulfilling customer inquiries. Previously, he worked for Wyndham International in Dallas for four years as a helpdesk/systems technician.
