Occupying a desk overlooking Market Street in San Francisco, he can usually be found on the phone having a laughter-filled conversation with an Ecast operator as he attends to his or her requests. Since he started with Ecast in 2000, Wes has been instrumental in the development of core facilities and teams, helping to define training programs, the customer service department, and the role of inside sales. With his historic knowledge of the company as well as industry understanding, he is an invaluable source of information to both Ecast operators and employees.
