Face Place LLC FACE PLACE IS ON THE AIR IN MUSIC VIDEO

SEL’ SUM RECORD’S RECORDING ARTIST TRÉ PUTS FACE PLACE PHOTO BOOTH IN MUSIC VIDEO FOR “BABY GIRL”

About the Video Shoot
Adam Bush of AdamBushFilms.com was preparing to shoot a music video for up and coming Sel’ Sum Record’s R&B sensation Tré. The song, “Baby Girl” - set in a movie theatre - tells the story of a young man who has a crush on a girl. He longs to have her take a picture with him in the photo booth located in the theatre lobby, finally getting his wish.

To stage the shoot, Adam needed a photo booth and that led him to Face Place VP of Business Development, Peter Gustafson. As luck would have it, Adam scheduled the shoot in Atlanta during IAAPA 2005. “Adam contacted me asking if we were willing to provide a photo booth for the video,” said Gustafson. “After learning a bit about the artist and his demographic, I was convinced this was a project we wanted to support. The fact the shoot was scheduled in Atlanta during IAAPA was an amazing coincidence and one we were happy to take advantage of.”

The Face Place Photo Booth appears in several scenes throughout the video with Tré shown a number of times inside the booth singing to the photo booth camera. Since its release, “Baby Girl” has hit #1 on the Billboard charts 3 times.

“The resulting exposure the video generated for us was extremely valuable,” continued Gustafson. “The booth was such an integral part of the video that Tré and his record company want to include one as a part of his CD promotional tour and we’ll be happy to help.”
