Fun Expo
What's hip, what's hot and what's happening for FECs?
Look no further than Fun Expo's New Product Showcase!
Operators attending Fun Expo will have the edge on the season's newest products and can be among the first to have these latest innovations in their FECs this season. Now in it's fourth year, the New Product Showcase has become one of the most popular programs at Fun Expo. It provides operators and owners with a glimpse of new vendors and new products making their introduction at the Show.
The New Product Showcase is limited to 15 participating exhibitors who have five minutes to present the best features of their new product or service. Criteria for participation is that the product or service must be introduced since last year's Fun Expo. Operators can get in-depth with sales executives on the show floor, but here they get a snapshot of what's new in 15 presentations in 90-minutes.
For exhibitors, the New Product Showcase is a value-added benefit of exhibiting. This program is a great way for new exhibitors to get name recognition and returning exhibitors to promote their new products. It also offers exhibitors face-time with owner/operators to draw attention to their company, drive traffic to their booth and increase sales. The New Product Showcase is an excellent way for exhibitors to make initial contact with key decision makers with the authority to buy. Just one buyer drawn to one of these new products can make a difference in thousands of dollars in sales for the exhibitor.
New exhibitors blazing the trail at this year's New Product Showcase include: ANT Trading's coin-operated fresh popcorn vending machine; Balloon Wholesalers International introducing Tune-a-Loons musical balloon bouquet; Embed Integration's Color-Glo Swiper; Take-1 Technologies' multimedia entertainment kiosk; TrainerTainment's “Training the Front Line” Sales Guide; and WhirlWhim's BoomBlaster, a multi-player air pumping game.
Returning exhibitors introducing a new or enhanced product line feature: Colortime Craft's all new coloring knapsack; Jane Farrell Turf & Carpet's all new patterns; Korte Paper's free fun pass customized for FECs; Looney Production's “All In One” media organizer and entertainment center touch system; Party Direct's light-up favors; Rebound Unlimited's cash ticket box; Redemption Plus' comprehensive line of paper party goods; and Sureshot Party Supply's new themed licenses for parties.
All audience members will receive a “goodie bag” filled with product samples and promotional items. Many of these companies are also participating in the Buyer's Bonanza program, which rewards operators attending Fun Expo with discounts on purchases made at the show. Big yellow balloons floating high above the booths of participating exhibitors will identify Buyer's Bonanza participants offering show specials.
The New Product Showcase will take place in Room N259, Level 2, Las Vegas Convention Center, on Tuesday, September 13 from 12:00 Noon - 1:30 pm and is open to all Fun Expo and AMOA show goers. Led by industry consultant Jim Newberry, the New Product Showcase promises to fast-paced, fun and filled with ideas for family entertainment centers.
Fun Expo will be held in the North Hall of the Las Vegas Convention Center with Fun Academy educational sessions starting on Sunday, September 11; and exhibits running from September 14-16, 2005. Fun Expo is co-located with the AMOA International Expo. To register, go to www.funexpo.com. For more information, contact William T.
