New Features to the GlobalVR Website

San Jose,CA- James Kucera, Tournament Manager announced some exciting new features to the GlobalVR website to give you more information about your Tournament Play and to make claiming prizes an easier process. Visit www.globalvr.com to take advantage of the following features:

New Stat Tracking
Gives you an overall summary for all tournament play as well as results for individual tournaments. You can even see wind and weather conditions for every round!

North American Championship Qualifier List
Shows who has qualified for a trip to Vegas! To make this list, you have to finish in the top two non-qualified player slots in any 2-Week Tournament from now through September 26. The main leader boards for each 2-Week Tournament on our site now show qualified players in bold as well.

Online Prize Claim
You can now claim tournament prizes online! Remember that your first prize must be claimed using the traditional form, available on the forms page at www.globalvr.com.

World Tour
Championship Edition III ships in late May, so get ready for World Tour. This new play mode tracks your play across all the courses in the game and delivers two important features:

Complete the Tour to make the combined Tour leaderboard. The top 30 spots qualify to compete in the North American Championship in Las Vegas this November. Players ranked 31-36 go to Vegas as alternates.

Everyone who completes World Tour will receive a Handicap and Skill Ranking. Now you can go head-to-head with other players regardless of skill level.
