Kraft Foods to Webcast Presentation at Prudential Securities Back-To-School Conference

NORTHFIELD, Ill.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Aug. 30, 2005--Kraft Foods Inc. (NYSE:KFT), a global leader in branded foods and beverages, today announced that it will host a live audio webcast of the company's presentation at the Prudential Securities Annual Back-To-School Consumer Conference at www.kraft.com on Wednesday, September 7, 2005, at 12:45 p.m. ET.

Roger K. Deromedi, Chief Executive Officer, and John Baxter, Executive Vice President, Global Category Development, will speak at the conference. The presentation will be approximately 40-minutes in length and will be archived at www.kraft.com for 90 days.
