“We are very excited to have Games Warehouse as part of the expanding Merit family”, said Merit's Chief Executive Officer, David Logan. “Andy Powell, Keith Healey, and the Games Warehouse team are market leaders and outstanding game developers, and we think that the possibilities of working with them to combine technology and content are almost limitless. The two companies together will be able to bring ground-breaking new entertainment value to the market!”

“The alliance with Merit makes a lot of sense”, said Games Warehouse Managing Director Andy Powell. “We can share content, enhance technology, and we can help each other logistically and operationally, all with the aim of maximizing the profit opportunities for our customers.”
