Springing past any and all competition, Bkzr took first place with an average score of 179,429 while playing at The Cab in Erie, which is operated by Warner’s Coin Machine Company. In a tight race for second and third were Frank Yenca and Kristy Torchia. “I love playing TriTowers and really enjoy the tournaments,” said Yenca who took second in the end. He averaged 177,885 points on a H. Lazar & Son machine at Ryan’s Pub & Grill in Pittsburgh, PA. Torchia came in a close third, averaging 177,753 for the month. She plays in Glenshaw, PA at the Middle Road Inn on a touchscreen from Pennsylvania Amusements. Denny Stevens ran away with the Single Game High Score title with a whopping score of 218,355 points. He recorded this score at the Landmark Bar & Grill in New Paris, IN on a Diltz & Sons Megatouch. “Thanks to everyone who participated in this year’s Spring Fling Tournament,” said Bob Mills, Merit’s Vice President of North American Sales. “It’s great to see a classic game, a true, time-tested fan favorite like TriTowers, generate such excitement among our TournaMAXX players.
