TOMDRA INC’S TODD ELLIOTT NAMED NAMA SPRING EXPO CHAIR

Tucson exec a second-generation vend operator

CHICAGO, IL –February 17, 2006– Tomdra Inc.’s Todd Elliott, NCE,

Todd Elliott
will serve as the 2006 National Automatic Merchandising Association (NAMA) Spring Expo Chair, NAMA Sr. VP and COO Dan Mathews, NCE, announced today. The Spring Expo, the world’s largest vending, coffee service and foodservice management exposition, will be held at the Las Vegas Convention Center March 23-24, 2006, with educational programming offered March 22-25, 2006.

In announcing the appointment Mathews said, “Todd is an exemplary member of our industry and we are pleased that he has agreed to serve as Spring Expo Chair. We look forward to collaborating with him as together we launch the industry’s most powerful and highly anticipated event.”

Elliott is vice president and general manager of Tucson-based Tomdra. He is also president of the Arizona Automatic Merchandising Council. A second-generation vend operator with experience in all areas of vending, Elliott has a special interest in vending equipment technology and MIS systems. He is a graduate of the University of Arizona, the Michigan State University Vending Executive Development Program, and was in the inaugural class of the NAMA Certified Executive Program.

Elliott enjoys family life with Cindy, his wife of 20 years, and their three boys. They participate in activities together including church, karate, music, horseback riding and skiing.

Each year more than 240 exhibitors and 4,000 attendees turn out for the NAMA Spring Expo, which features an impressive array of the industry’s newest products and hottest technology, educational sessions and unmatched networking opportunities.

This year’s Spring Expo includes:

• New Exhibitor Pavilion -- Attendees can view everything that is new to this Expo in one location, including food products, services, security, equipment and more.
• A Special New Supervisor Training and Development Program, specifically created for newly appointed and experienced supervisors and managers. The program is designed to equip them with tools, goals and training to become effective team leaders. Similar to the highly successful Executive Development Program currently offered at Michigan State University, the Program will be taught by outside professors and internal industry experts, and will be offered at the Expo on March 22 through noon, Friday, March 24.
• Newly Added Session for Quality Coffee Certification Program – This special 90 minute session will put your coffee knowledge to work for you. Topics to be covered include increasing your current pack weight, setting up a tasting demonstration and getting a few cents more for the quality coffee your company offers and building the profits in your accounts through added products.
• Extended Trade Show Floor Hours on Thursday and Friday. Exhibits open 10 a.m.-5 p.m., March 23-24. Education sessions with be held Thursday and Friday mornings prior to the trade show floor.

• 4th Annual Western Golf Classic
• Spring Fling social with complimentary beer/soft drinks and light buffet
