Kasavana has been on the faculty of MSU for more than 30 years. He holds a BS degree in hotel, restaurant, and travel administration; an MBA in finance, and a PhD in Management Information Systems. His initial focus will be on leadership of the Technology Standards Committee, Vend Tec, serving as International Technology liaison, and furthering technology initiatives now underway. “Dr. Kasavana has worked with us for many years to help push our industry forward, and we are delighted to have him working with us in this new and expanded role that will help our industry understand and better respond to the constantly changing world of technology,” Mathews concluded.
