National Automatic Merchandising Association (NAMA)
ANNOUNCES CONAGRA FOODS TO SPONSOR NAMA MSU EXECUTIVE DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM

CHICAGO, IL - April 20 -The National Automatic Merchandising Association (NAMA) today announced that ConAgra Foods, Inc. will become the exclusive sponsor the NAMA MSU (Michigan State University) Executive Development Program, a highly prestigious program known throughout the Vending and OCS industry as a 'mini-MBA'.

Dean Gilland, NAMA's vice president of membership and coffee services said, "We are delighted to have ConAgra Foods' support and recognition of the value associated with this highly regarded program, one of the most comprehensive and fastest growing educational resources offered through the association."

The Executive Development Program, presented by Michigan State University's The School of Hospitality Business and the Eli Broad Graduate School of Management, provides a comprehensive look at current successful business practices as taught by the university's most distinguished faculty. The program also features some of the Vending and OCS industry's best recognized leaders sharing their extensive knowledge, and includes much of the same curriculum offered through traditional MBA programs.

In discussing the company's decision to sponsor the Executive Development Program, ConAgra Foods' vice president of sales-Vending, OCS, and Video David W. Angel said, "ConAgra Foods is proud to take the lead as the program's corporate sponsor and we're pleased to support NAMA's vision of developing a strong educational source for the vending and OCS industry. This program not only benefits those who are already in this industry, it also builds the skills of future leaders."

Concluded Gilland, "On behalf of our industry we thank ConAgra Foods for its generous support of this essential program, and we look forward to working with the company. Through ConAgra Foods' support, we can deliver the real life business lessons and tools to help our industry's leaders succeed."

NAMA is the national trade association of the food and refreshment vending, coffee services and on-site foodservice management industries. Its membership is comprised of service companies, equipment manufacturers and suppliers of products and services to operating service companies. The basic mission of the association, to collectively advance and promote the automatic merchandising and OCS industries, still guides NAMA today as it did in 1936, the year of the organization's founding. The organization relies solely on membership dues, Expo revenues and the generous donation of its sponsors.
