"Industry Challenge" Hello all, James McGovern here from RetroBlast.com. I just wanted to let you know about a contest we are running this month asking readers to produce Video Game and Pinball Motivational Posters. We have had an awesome response so far and want to keep the momentum up by letting as many gamers know about the contest as possible so we can really blow it out.
Below you will find a link to the gallery so far, the original contest announcement, and a flickr tool that allows you to easily create your own posters. You can find a list of prizes as of today on either of the first two links, though I think we will be adding more soon. If you would like to pitch in let us know!

I have added a new "Industry Challenge" album in the contest gallery. Here is the link and the rules - Industry Challenge: http://retroblast.com/gallery/main.php?g2_itemId=841 Here's the deal, if you want to send in one or more posters on behalf of your company, do so and make sure to send it using that companies email.
Also put a note in the email stating that this entry is for the industry challenge.
Send entries to - contest@retroblast.com After we get some entries from each company, I will start adding a list of the companies that have entered to the album description, though the names of the companies that have created the various posters will remain secret until Oct 6th. Note that this is also open to other vendors and sites so feel free to pass the challenge around if you have a grudge you need to pursue with a rival. ;o) ![]() We'll keep the names of the companies secret until Oct 6th and this portion of the contest will be judged by the readers! Vote for the ones you like the best and help us decide which company is most in touch with their gamer zen. You guys and gals who enter the Industry Challenge are on the honor system, NO VOTING FOR YOUR OWN ENTRIES! Also no revealing your submissions before the end of the contest! ![]() As long as you are not a judge for the main contest and not a sponsor, you can enter the main contest if you like. Good luck, but your all gonna lose! >=> Very Best Regards, James McGovern Managing Editor RetroBlast! News and Reviews www.RetroBlast.com 2006-09-25 |
