Betson’s expanded Rowe business also includes equipment and parts sales, as well as technical support, previously provided by American Vending Sales (AVS) of Elk Grove Village, IL, which will no longer handle Rowe products. Betson will honor Rowe product warranties. “AVS has been a long-time distributor of Rowe products in the Chicago area,” said John Margold, Rowe’s vice president of sales and marketing, “and we thank the AVS organization for those years of devoted service.
