SML Entertainment SML Entertainment Brings World’s First Digital Pinball Game to North America

SML signs exclusive agreement with TAB Austria to distribute Virtual Pinball machines in Canada, the United States and Mexico.

Calgary, AB -- “We are delighted to be the exclusive distributors of the world’s first virtual pinball machines in North America and Mexico,” says Dean Fisher SML Entertainment’s Marketing Director. ”The Virtual Pinball game stands about four feet high and has incredible 3D graphics displayed on a 42 inch plasma screen. It also has an exceptional stereo sound system and vintage pinball game features such as tilt and vibration.”

Fisher added that the new pinball machines, each loaded with five games are currently installed at three locations in Calgary. Two are located at the Flippers Arcades at the Calgary Airport and one at the Southern Fun Arcade in downtown Calgary (7th Ave & 1st Street SW).

“The value added benefit to game operators like SML is that unlike traditional pinball machines, operating Virtual Pinball is literally maintenance free," explains Fisher. “We are able to customize the games that are best suited to each location. We can also download new games instantly through the Internet.”

SML Entertainment’s Virtual Pinball machines initially will feature five games including Pirates of the Sea, Crazy Marbles, Air Commander, Bubbles, and Popstar. Patrons can play three games for $5.
