Southland Distributors9/7/05 The following e-mail was received from Chelsea Dogie of Southland DistributorsHi, My name is Chelsea Dogie. I work for Southland Distributors in Lafayette, Louisiana I wanted to let you know that I spoke to Val Huff with AMA just this morning and they are working out of the Ruston, LA office. I spoke to Val and he said that they have some damage to the building, but not sure how much. The authorities will not let them enter to find out what is the extent of damage. David Goudeau and myself have been gathering up things to send to these people if needed. I also spoke to Troy with Chalamette and we will be getting together with him to send some of these supplies that we have collected. David Goudeau and myself have gotten in touch with many manufacturers and some of our brother states of distributors and they will be donating supplies and shipping them here to us. Mr. Goudeau and myself will be delivering these supplies to these destinations here in Lafayette, Louisiana. Have many refugees here staying with us and it is heart breaking to see some of these people getting off these buses and drinking water like they have never seen a bottle of water before. It breaks my heart to see anyone like this. I ask that you pray for our fellow distributors such as Genco, Chalamette and we still do our part in helping these people to get back on their feet.
