Operators Now Have Multiple Pricing Options Fast Implementation for VendMAX and DeliveryMAX

Norwood, MA, - Streamware, a Crane Co. Company, has introduced three new licensing options for its VendMAX and DeliveryMAX products to provide more choice for vend operators seeking advanced software solutions. The new value-priced selections complement the full-service licensing option that incorporates all VendMAX or DeliveryMAX features and modules.

New Licensing Options

Base Application
This lowest-priced option allows operators to license the Streamware software to track sales and accountability by cash meter and product family. It is an appropriate system for companies not ready to incorporate handhelds or DEX into their operation.

Base + Handheld
This non-DEX option includes the Streamware handheld to facilitate data collection by product category. With the handheld, operators can improve office efficiency and increase accuracy by eliminating the manual entry of paper route tickets.

Handheld with DEX (Item level)
This full-featured handheld application supports DEX data collection and line-item sales tracking. The VendMAX application utilizes this data to forecast automatic truck and machine product replenishment requirements and to help users achieve optimum machine merchandising scenarios. Streamware customers have reported up to 30% in route efficiencies after implementing the predictive modeling technology.

Streamware Director of Sales Damien Moroney said the new licensing options will meet a “critical need in the vending industry for a variety of route accountability solutions. Our options will allow operators to select the price point and offerings most relevant to them.” Moroney added. “Many operators are concerned about the time and effect implementing new software will have on their business and personnel. We can take a 20-route branch operating on route cards on a Friday and have them fully operational with Streamware's handhelds and product category level tracking the following Monday—including cash meters!”
