TLC Industries Announces Bandits Name Change
SCHAUMBURG, IL - Nov. 2, 2004 - TLC Industries, Inc. (http://www.tlcind.com), today announces that Bandits: Phoenix Rising is now called Bandits: BattleZone. The original game has now been completely re-written for FlexArcade and the coin-op arcade market.
“Originally, plans called for a game closely based on the home version,” says James Hills, Marketing Director for TLC Industries. “Now however, the game has been completely re-written to focus on head-to-head action in up to eight machine clusters or single player action against computer controlled opponents. Additionally, the game now functions in both 27” standup and sit-down, driver cabinets.”
TLC Industries will demonstrate multiplayer Bandits: BattleZone at IAAPA, Nov. 17-20 in Orlando, Fl, but Chicago area media, members of the public and arcade industry professionals are invited for a special preview, Nov. 10 from 2-7 p.m. at TLC Industries offices at 815 Lunt Ave. in Schaumburg, IL. No RSVP is required.
