UltraCade Technologies ULTRACADE TECHNOLOGIES PREVIEWS NEW SOFTWARE UPGRADE FOR BREEDERS' CUP - TOURNAMENT EDITION AT IAAPA 2005

2006 Software Upgrade Offers New User Interface, New Camera Angles and Updated Breeding Function for All Types of Players

Atlanta, GA. - UltraCade Technologies, the world's leading manufacturer of classic multi-game video machines for both the coin-op and consumer markets, today announced a preview of an unreleased software upgrade for the award-winning Breeders' Cup - Tournament Edition product. The 2006 software upgrade for Breeders' Cup - Tournament Edition was available for public viewing at the International Association of Amusement Parks and Attractions (IAAPA) trade show in Atlanta, Georgia on November 16 - 19 in booth number 3105.

“The 2006 software upgrade for Breeders' Cup - Tournament Edition evolved based on helpful feedback from our numerous operators and players,” said David R. Foley, founder and CEO of UltraCade Technologies. “Without this valuable feedback, we would not have been able to create a game that earns well and is enjoyed by so many people. The 2006 update for Breeders' Cup - Tournament Edition features a simplified interface, boasts three modes of play, includes new camera angles and real-time photo finishes for close races and other enhancements for players' enjoyment. Operators will also enjoy the new interface that will offer multiple tournament capabilities, support for dial-up connectivity, a new game set-up wizard, Visa credit card payment acceptance and machine notification emails that alert the operator. UltraCade Technologies will launch this new software update in the Winter of 2006.

In addition, to the 2006 preview in UltraCade Technologies' IAAPA booth, the Company  also display its Family Entertainment products, including Tempo Kiddo and Smack `N Bash, and the legendary, ULTRACADE multi-game system.
