WARNER BROS.

WARNER BROS CONSUMER PRODUCTS AND PRIORITIES COLLABORATE TO INTRODUCE HIGHLY EMBELLISHED KNITWEAR FEATURING DC COMICS CHARACTERS

New Collection Designed for Contemporary Women, Tween Girls, Boys and Men To Include Tees, Tanks, Thermals and Hoodies

BURBANK, Calif., - Warner Bros. Consumer Products and Priorities, a division of StefiT, Inc., announced today a partnership to produce a line of highly distressed, burnt-out fabric and vivid color palette tees, tanks, thermals and zip hoodies, inspired by such DC Comics characters as Superman, Supergirl, Lois Lane, Wonder Woman and Batman. Designed for contemporary women, tween girls, boys and men, the extremely embellished products represent what's hot in fashion today, while carrying the classic look and feel of the DC Comics characters. The product lines are scheduled to hit retail outlets beginning April 2006.

Leading the collection are fashion-forward product lines based on Warner Bros. Pictures' summer 2006 release, Superman Returns. A highlight of the collection will be their S-Shield tunic-style ribbed tank, embellished with rhinestones and rhinestuds that exude a purple gradient effect. The tank sparkles with the new S-Shield logo, inspired by the film, which, as a personal statement of strength and confidence, continues to be an iconic fashion symbol and hot trend among today's tastemakers.

All of the new DC Comics-inspired collections will feature graphic designs and logos crafted with unique embellishments and vintage. Graphic techniques will include dye blasting, discharge and reversible print, Swarovski crystals and hand-stitched embroidery. Retail prices of the collection, which includes specially treated tees and crystalled fleece hoodies, will range from $48 to $150.

"Priorities is a trendsetting apparel company that not only understands fashion and how it relates to their target customer, but is also widely recognized for their unique designs and vintage feel," said Karen McTier, Executive Vice President, Domestic Licensing and Worldwide Marketing, Warner Bros. Consumer Products. "Teaming up with Priorities has allowed us to create brilliant products with distinctive designs featuring our DC Comics characters, and we are very excited to bring this new line of apparel to fans."

"The DC Comics line is inspired by our own natural love and affinity toward these timeless characters," said Howie Greenspan, owner, Priorities. "These Super Heroes are interwoven into the fabric of my life, and I've watched them jump off the page and onto the screen. Now we are taking them to the next level by making them completely three-dimensional."

Stefani Toonkel-Greenspan, owner and designer, Priorities adds, "The DC Comics Super Heroes are classic icons and their spirits echo loudly in today's pop culture society." "We're looking forward to working with Warner Bros. Consumer Products on this great product assortment."

The new line is scheduled to arrive at upscale boutiques and department stores such as Kitson in Los Angeles, Jasmine Sola in Boston, Intermix in New York, Marcia's Attic in New Jersey, Isetan in Japan and Bloomingdales nationwide starting in April 2006.

Priorities introduced their first DC Comics Super Hero line at the New York Intermezzo in January, where it received rave reviews by retailers. The company will be showcasing the new line including boys, men, tweens and women at MAGIC in Las Vegas beginning February 21st (Booth# YC14802). MAGIC is one of the world's largest and most widely recognized apparel trade shows for the apparel industry.
