Frank Seninsky
President of all Alpha-Omega companies, Frank Seninsky possesses extensive business and engineering credentials. He worked toward an MBA at Newark College of Engineering (now New Jersey Institute of Technology) and completed a multi-year Executive Development Program at Notre Dame University's School of Business (1986-1990). He graduated Summa Cum Laude from Stevens Institute of Technology with a B.E. in Engineering & Computers in 1971.
Alpha-Omega was formed in 1969 with a $25 investment when Frank was a college sophomore. Three years later, after a position with a major utility corporation writing reports for the PSE&G's Salem Nuclear Generating Station license application to the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Agency, Frank entered the amusement industry full-time. Today, the firm is one of the largest amusement operations in the country with more than $20 million in annual sales and consulting revenue to the theme, entertainment, and amusement industries.
In 1995, Frank was appointed to the Board of Directors of IALEI (International Association For The Leisure and Entertainment Industry). In addition to serving as Chairman of the IALEI Games and Redemption Council, he is also Vice Chair of the IALEI Government Relations Committee and has served on the Membership, International Membership, Silent Auction (chaired for three years and raised more than $100,000) and Nominating committees.
As 1999-2000 National President of AMOA (Amusement and Music Operators Association), Frank will continue to serve as AMOA's liaison to all other industry associations. He has been chairman of the AMOA-AAMA Industry Standardization Committee for 10 years. He is also chairman of this year's AMOA Expo and played a key roll in bringing about the co-location of Fun Expo and AMOA and the purchase of Fun Expo by three industry associations, (IALEI, AMOA, and AAMA).
Serving as Vice President of the four person Board of Directors of NANI (National Amusement Network, Inc.), Frank was part of the team negotiating license agreements for the coin-operated industry with home software, and PC giants Microsoft, Intel, GT Interactive, Viacom, as well as with, Electronic Data Systems (EDS), NTT of Japan, SONY, Matsushita, Yamaha, Williams and Sega.
President of AMOA-New Jersey (1988-1992), Vice-Chair of AMOA Government Relations Committee, and Vice-President and National Tournament Director for PAPA (Professional and Amateur Pinball Association) are other prestigious positions that Frank has held.
Affectionately, he is known throughout the industry as Frank “the Crank” through his writing and educational work and has authored over 1000 articles in leading trade magazines-RePlay, Play Meter, Vending Times, Tourist Attractions and Parks, Family Entertainment Center and Entertainment Manager to name a few. He has delivered over 150 seminars on redemption games and business management.
As a consultant and managing partner of Amusement Entertainment Management, LLC., Frank has offered expert advice to Coca-Cola, Columbia Pictures, Paramount Pictures, Malibu Grand Prix/SpeedZone, Anheuser-Busch, Betson Enterprises, Smart Industries, Bally Mfg., Rowe International, as well as, served as an expert witness in court cases pertaining to the amusement industry, and has provided professional evaluation of amusement businesses for banks and financial institutions.
Frank currently serves on the Board of Directors of both IALEI and AMOA and is one of the instructors of Foundations Entertainment University (www.FoundationsUniversity.com) where he heads up the `Elite Sponsor' Marketing Task Force. This past year, Frank has written the Games and Attractions section of the World Water Park Association's Developers Reference Guide.
